To schedule an appointment please call us at 860-683-0068 during our office hours.

You can schedule an appointment anytime through our online appointment system.
First, you will setup your own username & password and then you will be asked to register with some background information.
Once this registration is complete you select the type of appointment you want (e.g. consultation for hypnosis or laser hair removal, etc) and your preferences for doctors & dates.
To complete the process you simply set your appointment by choosing from available appointment times.
Once you have completed the process you will receive an email confirmation of your appointment. If you do not receive this confirmation please contact us as your appointment has not been finalized.
If you have never been seen at our office, you will need to make a consultation appointment for Acupuncture, Hypnosis or Laser services, prior to being treated.
If you are making your first Family Medicine visit at our office, please be certain to contact us so we can forward our health history form to you prior to your first visit.
